Convenient hotel in a very very nice area, the staff were pleasant. Breakfast with fruit and hard boiled eggs, as example. They provided great service too. Lobby was welcoming.

Luxurious and fairly clean place, everything was excellent. This hotel was in a safe area near downtown and airport and quiet area.

Outstanding experience, no complaints. The room was delightful, and we loved its super central location. Panoramic view of harbor.

Secure place to stay while in Charlotte. Rooms were very specious and well airconditioned with perfect beds, breakfast was appetizing. The staff was highly efficient, I had an absolutely amazing experience. The wine bar in the hotel had lots of complimentary beers and wines throughout the day. The location was beautiful, in a historic area.

Helpful stuff & GOOD location. Comfortable bed.
